Our principal, Katelin Whitley has a double accredited specialisation, in Wills & Estates and in Property Law. This ensures that you will get the best advice and support in structuring your estate plans, managing estate litigation and administration, and dealing with your property law matters.
Katelin lectures at the College of Law in the Wills and Estates Master Program, has completed a Master of Forensic Mental Health, and is a Notary Public.
She also sits on the NSW Law Society Elder Law, Capacity and Succession Committee and is a Councillor of the Society of Notaries NSW.
